7b1 phone not activated on the network

changed my plan yesterday and now i cannot call out.  says 7b1 my phone is not activated on the network.  on the end of my previous subscription it renewed under my new subscription and l lost my phone out function.  can still recieve incomming calls

thank you just sent the same message tro the cs agent.  i hope they can activate it for me
