Can't call *611 just hangs up tried switching phones and does the same thing went a bought a new sim card but can't figure out how to transfer my public mobile account to the new sim card

611 has been glitching out for a few days now.

no need to buy a new sim. Put old sim back in phone once you've successfully added funds and reactivated your old number.
