6.90$ charge on my CC

hello, there is a 6.90$ public mobile charge on my cc ending in 1263, oct 23, please explain or refund. I have two accounts charged on this credit card, phone numbers ending in 2641 and 1394.

@nicoldansNo it was not silly. You did not explain your renewal date and there are many people here that pay $0 for their phone plan because of rewards. Plans start at $10 combined with $2 auto pay rewards, up to $5 loyalty rewards, $1-15 easily attainable community reward and unlimited referral rewards and triple those numbers for a 90 day plan. Was I supposed to guess? I am supposed to assume your bill is usually much higher than $6? Not to mention people who pay with large voucher / credits and may have an amount left over to be charged on credit card.

You cant give that little information and expect someone to be able to tell you anything. You are talking to the community here who has no ability to look into your account. If you can't post a screen shot of your account history no one here can help you. There is nothing wrong with posting your account history all it shows us is the debits / credits done into your account and what plan you are on. I am not talking about your credit card statement I am talking about your public mobile statement.

Send a message to the official mod team directly instead of posting in a public forum.

@nicoldansCheck both PM accounts payment history.

If you have accounts there must have been charges, maybe that was taxes or what was not in available balance?

Check your history and let us know. Can you post screen shots?
