My subscription is for a 5g network but I'm only getting LTE.  No matter where I am, i could be in Toronto or up north and only getting lte network. I don't get the option in my samsung s20 to pick 5g. I used to be able when I was with rogers. Does anyone know what I can do?

Unforutnately, connection to 5G networks is blocked at the software level by Samsung on your device when you're using Public Mobile service.  Unfortunately, there isn't anything that Public Mobiel can do to assist with this.

Hi. My sister has that phone, a Samsung s20 FE 5G . I read that it is not supported with Public Mobile for 5G or Volte.

The Samsung Galaxy S20 FE (Canadian version) does work on VoLTE at Public Mobile.  It doesn't work on the 5G network.

Hey @Joe85

Download a speed check app. As long as you're getting close to 250 you got 5G speeds. If it's close to 100, there may be an issue.
