My email was registered to receive one month free and 5G if I joined by Jan 15. I did and eventually I received my free month reward but not my 5G and I’ve waited 30 days. Now what?

yep I got the 25 dollar plan and a bunch of emails saying that my email was registered for the 5G deal and one month free.

Oh darn. Maybe response times are based on topic. It would make sense that they would want to help people who are trying to activate their account more quickly than people who are wanting a refund/bonus. Interesting!

Did you activate on a $25 or higher plan?
The 5GB promo add-on only applies to plans $25 and up. All plans qualify for the "2nd month free" part of the promo.

did you check the Add-in section to see if it is there?
if not, you need to open a ticket with mod:
1. For faster response (2 to 48 hours), Click on the bubble in the lower right corner and request moderator assistance, or you can also use this direct link instead https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat/, then select Account-specific issue, then select I need a human now. Follow the prompts to submit a ticket.
