They took it offline. The URL is no longer valid.

Agreed

@DennyCrane Oh well, one less thing to worry about for existing customers to try and contact customer support about.. I still think Public Mobile with $34/40GB, 5G, unlimited at reduced speeds, and their monthly rewards is better than other companies at $34/50GB..

@Amoser9 The plan is now gone completely 😔
11-27-2023 05:04 PM
@DennyCrane Do you still see the page? I get a 404 error page now.. I wonder if it was just a placeholder or something, I dunno. Maybe they never intended on having that plan..
11-27-2023 04:36 PM
@Amoser9 Ah, got it. It's possible they haven't updated the portal yet, but in the meantime I would suggest clearing your cache or trying a private/incognito browser window.

@DennyCrane, I understand that. Even when I go to sign up as a new customer, when I go to that link it forces me to register/log in, then redirects to the same old plans, ie: $34/40GB. There doesn't seem to be a way to add this 50GB plan to your cart..

@Amoser9 Get what to work? It's not available for plan changes. The only way is to sign up as a new customer. Or wait and hope they change their position and make it available for plan changes at some point.

Was anyone actually able to get this to work? When I try, it makes me log in, then I just see the same $34/40GB plan..

I am still having porting issues...and it was so hard to sign up (ran into a lot of activation issues). And now they won't even let existing subscribers have this plan? Are they kidding?

I clicked on the link and it shows me what you're saying but I don't see it anywhere in Manitoba or Ontario. It must be one of those dummy links again. And if they REALLY wanted to show up their competition, they shouldn't jack up the data but make it US friendly as in a Can/US plan for $34. Now that is something a lot of PM subscribers would jump on!!

Good find. When did that pop up?

wow...that is not fair. My husband and I just signed up yesterday (after struggling to sign up since Friday...) what a slap in the face.
