make sure your cell is volte enabled by PM, otherwise there's no talk in Alaska with PM add-on. Others have successfully used add-ons in Hawaii...but Alaska...not so much without volte.

both Alaska and Hawaii are included

in Alaska, make sure ou manually connect to AT&T

for Hawaii, you can connect to either T-Mobile or A&TA

Of course, make sure you enable Mobile Data Roaming on your phone
