If your device is VoLTE compatible then you won’t be charged the $5.
If you were charged, contact a CS_Agent for a credit.

@Dj8 if you used the IMEI checker and it shows it is VoLTE compatible, just open a ticket with PM CS agent to confirm and they can remove the charge

The reason is you have an older cell thats not on Phblic Mobile whitelisted VoLTE enabled cells. You need a newer cell.

My phone is volte compatible, but I'm going to be charged $5 extra at my next billing (tomorrow). That's not right!
