I currently have the 4g LTE plan. But, when I turn on my data; it only shows 3g. How shall I proceed

@0220 , what model of phone are you using? It is quite possible that your phone might have compatibility issues with 4G bands.

There are some data plans that are available for existing customers right now in self service. They are 15 GB for $40 and 20 GB for $45. I am not sure how long these will be available in self service. They are under the 4G tab in plan changes. Arrow down until you see them. Choose change on next renewal date as you will not get any credit for your current plan if you decide to change.

If it's iPhone, set cellular data to "LTE" (4G).

If you have just switched to a 4G data plan it will take up to 48 hours for the speed to increase.
