Hello,
I signed up last year and I got my promotional data but they also gave me a one time bonus of 500 minutes and a one time 4 or 4.5GB data bonus at Christmas last year. I no longer see the 4GB bonus in my account and I didn't use it.

I opened a ticket. They tried to say it was used but I got the Christmas bonus 2GB first and I still have 1.92GB of that left. I rarely go over my limit and when I do, it's only a little bit. I hope they can check my usage for the last year.

there's a $40/15gb and $45/20gb 4g plans available in your self serve. click on plans and add-ons

It's hard to find and confirm data that got used, Open ticket with PM CS agent and ask them to confirm

First type Contact,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
from the list of , choose "Other"
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

Are you sure it was only 2GB? Perhaps the bonus I'm missing is the plan bonus then. I had the $35 plan on signup and they were giving bonus data.

@Mobilemechanic You probably used all that bonus data then without you knowing. It's been known to happen.
Since it was a one time bonus, it's not like it renews every month, like your regular monthly data bucket.

That didn't work. I logged in using a completely different device that had never previously logged into this account. I still see the same info.

Bonus data will be used once the regular data of the cycle are all used. When was the last time you remember seeing the 2GB bonus data? was it all "full" last time you see?

@Mobilemechanic Try logging into your account using a different browser in incognito mode and refresh.
Your looking at old cached information.
