Hello, I signed up last year and I got my promotional data but they also gave me a one time bonus of 500 minutes and a one time 4 or 4.5GB data bonus at Christmas last year. I no longer see the 4GB bonus in my account and I didn't use it.
I opened a ticket. They tried to say it was used but I got the Christmas bonus 2GB first and I still have 1.92GB of that left. I rarely go over my limit and when I do, it's only a little bit. I hope they can check my usage for the last year.
