Public sent me a text about a limited time offer for a 4G 1GB subscription plan for $18. but I can't find any details about it on the website.  Does anyone know the details of the plan, like does it include unlimited text and talk with the 1GB?

If you log into your account and goto Change Subscription, you may see that plan or one similar to see the details.

Data is 1GB, and it will come with unlimited incoming and outgoing calls, all call features like Call waiting, caller ID display, call forwarding, Conference calling , voicemail

Yes, the plan would include unlimited calling, sms and international mms.

Standard voicemail,  call forwarding and call display. 

1 GB of data would be included.
