my wife and I came back to public mobile and she can’t get confirmation codes from the system does anyone know if the system is down

Hello just a quick question because my account is not working 100% either could I buy a hard sim and have my account info transferred onto a hard Sim????

came back as in new activation? or just having login long time and need to login and got the problem?
if you click Resend Code, is Send email an option there?

@Jaxon20211 Try tapping resend code a few times you should get option to send code to email instead . If no luck please submit ticket with support to help you re-gain access to it .
