4 g speed not 100mb/s

Hello, my plan says my data speed is 4g (100mb/s) but when I do a speed test it shows 3 mb/s in fair reception.

Also when in doubt do a bar restart of your phone

@nickm1   when did you make the plan change  the speed change needs 48 hours before the new speed will come

if it has not been 48 hours yet, please wait the full 48 hours

if it has been 48 hours, make sure your Preferred network is set to Automatic or 4G or LTE and try to test again in different area of the town
