It sounds like you are referring to the 2FA code to login to your account. It is 6 digits.
If this is the case, you need help from a CS_Agent:

you said you did it to @hairbag1 reply about using the app, and said the same to my reply about using the browser, which one did you use? or you used both?
please use the browser to make one more change, use Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser. Then wait at least 15 mins before using this new code on *611

if you don't see the Account PIN update on the app, you will then have to use the browser to reset it
but you will need to login My Account on the browser first:
https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/
After you are logged in, use this link to access the PIN update page:
https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/reset/pin

log in on the app > Account tab...scroll down to see Reset PIN Number.
