4 digit pin

I forgot my 4 digit pin . When i call *611 i cannot continue. What should i do?

if you forgot your PIN, or you never setup one when you joined, please use this link to reset the 4 digits account PIN:

if you login My Account, go to Profile page, do you see PIN there? you can click on the pencil icon and update it there
