I do not have a pin set up so how does this work?

@RODNEY2008 hi when you set up your plan you would have set up a pin if you cant remember it you will need to contact a moderator here

You should have set it up when you first activated your account.  Check your phone text messages.  It should have been sent to your phone when you first activated.  If you forgot and unable to find the text, you will need to contact moderator.
