My SIM card is new on my Samsung S10E Canadian Variant. VoLTE does not appear. Can you enable VoLTE provision on my line?

Unfortunately, your phone calls will be spotty when connected to only one 3G frequency…1900 MHz 3G frequency depending on the cell tower locations since the 850 MHz 3G has been removed.
I had the Samsung S8+ and my calls would cutoff or spotty so I upgraded to the Samsung S24FE. I got it at any local Samsung store on sale with $350 discount plus a 10% senior discount but too bad they won’t give me anything for the S8+ as a trade in. They also offer a 2 year monthly instalment payment too.

Sorry, S10 is not compatible with PM's VoLTE system

PM doesn't support the Samsung S10E according to older posts. It will allow you to use the phone, only on 3G though.

@Hutta , please use the VoLTE checker in the link below to confirm whether your phone model is compatible for VoLTE service. If the model is VoLTE compatible, then it will work.
