Hello.
I should already be on the 4G network but my phone shows the only network available with public mobile is 3G?
Also, I am paying $39 for 20gbs data...I'd like to get the promotion for $34 but not sure how to...
Please advise.

i have a 5g phone...the network options given on the list are PUBLIC MOBILE 3G, BELL 4G/5G AND ROGERS 4G/5G. obviously pm doesn't have any option for 4g?
I live in Toronto...

It depends on the coverage in your area and the settings on your phone.
Here is the coverage map:

By the end of 2025, 3G will be decommissioned in Canada and signal will be 4G/LTE or 5G.

Maybe try contacting public mobile, or go in your phone settings and see if you have 4g switched on.

@Haralabos81 , if you want to do a plan change, go to your online account, subscriptions and add-on tab, select the desired plan to change to and set the change for the next renewal, confirm the change.

what kinda phone you using ? Can you go in to Settings to make sure you have Voice & Data set to 5G, or LTE and not just 3G.
