3G $5 fee?

Hi, I have a POCO 5G phone and when I checked my IMEI with the Public mobile phone checker, there's a green check mark beside VOLTE.  However I'm getting charged for the $5 3G network fee.  

I have the VOLTE option turned on in my setting.  What else can I do to eliminate the fee?  Thank-you.

no point to do this. That is a legit fees

Carriers are allowed to collect that fees and provide full services to compatible phones

Check with PM and provide them the screenshot and they will remove the charges 

Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
