The old $ autopay rewards are added to available funds in the afternoon before renewal, based on the plan cycle just ending.
If switching from a 30 to a 90 day plan, only 30 day autopay rewards are added to available funds the night before renewal. Then at the end of the 90 day cycle (again in the afternoon before renewal) 3x $2 = $6 are added to available funds to compensate for the ending plan period.
Loyalty and RAF rewards are added to available funds every 30 days.
Community rewards are added to available funds as they are awarded.
TL;DR Rewards are awarded based on previous plan period, but you will have 3x rewards accumulated in your available funds at the end of your 90day cycle.
* While I haven't experienced rewards deposits on immediate plan changes, my understanding is that the rewards are added to available funds within a couple of days still based on your previous cycle. I'm still looking for someone who can provide their payment history to confirm this either way. If you have done an immediate plan change from 30 to 90day, please share your payment history to clear this up?
