i paid my bill it said opse something went wrong and funds were not added to my account so i hit pay again it said the same thing i go to my bank and it says i have been charged 2x and it still says i have 0 funds i need one of my payments back i do not no what to do about this the simon bot is usless please help

@christian99   What is showing on Available Fund on your My Account?

 

Also, check the Payment History page there, it should confirm if you have loaded the fund

(login to My Account first and click Payment, then View Payment History)

 

Still not seeing what you expected?  Just open ticket to PM Support:

 

1. If you have access to My account: At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at: 

      https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437


**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply you there

There seems to be glitches on the new PM accounts. The extra payment will remain as credit in your account so it will pay for your next bill.

Or you can contact a CS_Agent and ask for a refund but it will take up to 30 days (next month's bill renewal) to process so it is better to leave it as credit for your next bill.

CS_Agent are available from 6:00am to 10:00pm EST if you still want a refund.
