Stay away from this company a scam I bought 2 different simcards activated them with 2 new numbers I tried different devices no service unregistered Sim I message support they said there's no issue with my sim card or device but no luck I even tried the simcard in 5 different phones unregistered sim what a scam I am glad I went back to Bell stay away from public don't waste your money

@jesseloves It sounds like a sim provisioning issue. You can probably work with CS agent and get that fixed. But you went back Bell already?

I was going to offer suggestions...but did you port the numbers back to Bell already? If so, moot point.

Reboot the phone...
