I signed up for the free month but I got charged. It was the flash sale. Who do I contact to fix the problem.

The 2nd free month is for NEW activations and you usually had to submit your email in before activating a new account. You would not be eligible as you have been a current member for a while.
Edit: You would be eligible for this for a new activation (for family member etc). Today is the last day at Walmart.
