What is the difference between these two plans that makes the 20G plan cheaper?

@Clamster

I can’t find the $29/10gb but the $27/20gb is on 4G/LTE.

Check if the $29 plan is in 5G.

You can only switch plan if it is available in your account. If it is, change on your next renewal date to avoid paying for both plans.

hi @Clamster

you don't really need to ask the agent about the cheaper plan for more data.  As long as it is on your My Account Change Subscription page, you can change to that plan

but for future reference , this is how to submit a proper ticket.  You need to submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:
            https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
             Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".
             (If unable to receive 2FA SMS, click "Didn't Receive Code" or "Resend Code" and Select "Send Email")
If any issue with ticket submission, you can submit  ticket by direct message:

Remember CS_agent will reply to your Community inbox within 2 to 4 hours, please check your inbox here:

Thanks. I’m still so confused on how to reach an agent here. Strange tho that that plan is available when I am already a customer.

CS agent won't reply simply by tagging them

but to answer your question, it is just marketing, they want you to see the better value on $27 for 20GB.  So, just choose that.  And no worries, it is not for only particular length of time. Once you changed to this plan, the price and data will stay until you make another change yourself

HI @Clamster

it is normal, sometimes, the cheaper plan gets more data as they are trying to promote that particular plan
