2504:Your balance is too low

I get a 2504 balance is to low text message when someone sends me a picture text. I changed the apn settings like it told me to when I looked on here and found someone with the same problem from last year and it is still happening. I definitely have enough data remaining

@ScreechOwl  - You do not need any data to send picture texts (using normal SMS app).  If you are receiving messages using iMessage, or some other messaging app, then you would need data.  That said, this sounds like an account/plan level issue.  You might want to send a private message to the moderator team and ask them to investigate this.
