Dear PM,
I has been paying for $25 monthly with 2GB data.
Somehow over the last 3 to 5 months I only see I have 1GB data instead of 2GB when I signed up for the $25 monthly with 2GB last year.
Could you please check. I don't think the plan should change and reduced my data to 1GB.

Thank You for all the wonderful info and feedback.
My activation date was 2019-05-01 with 2GB at $25 monthly.
Somehow PM did not send me the receipt of the plan during the activation.
I think it was a permanent 2GB (1GB basic + 1 GB Bonus) promotion at the time.
I have been on auto pay since then.

@gcommit Seems it was a promotion. 2 things could happen: promo time for 1GB bonus came to the end, or you violated a promo condition by, for instance, changing a plan.

They did have promo with permanent 1 or 2 extra as long as you don't change your plan or don't go into suspention. Could you give us approximate time frame when you joined, we could check announced promotions here in the community.
It's very unfortunate that those are not announced anymore so I advise all the new costings that I encounter to take a screenshot of the offer and leave it in there online photo album, you don't know if this will need it.

Sorry, but there hasn't been an offer to receive 2GB permanently on a $25 plan.

When you signed up did it come with a promotional 1GB extra? That was for a limited time and now that time has expired and you are on the $25 plan that is 500mb + 500 MB bonus for autopay

@gcommit , you signed up for a deal that gave you bonus data for period of time, not forever. The promotional period is over unfortunately.
