$25 Plan

I just signed up a friend and she got the $25 plan which includes 1gig of data. She just got an email that says she only gets 500 mb with her plan/ what’s up?

tell her to log in on a laptop to see details of her plan. It will include Unlimited Canada wide talk and 1GB of data, whereas my $15 plan has 250GB's data...

Hi @kristawells the email was any old template so you should be good.  But ask your friend to login My Account to check the usage and plan details there
