On Mar 15, I received a text from PM saying that 240GB of bonus data (expiring in 150 days) have been added to my account. I logged in and verified that this bonus data was awarded a few weeks ago. Today, when I logged back in to my account, that bonus data is missing/gone. Why? What happened? Does it happen to other people too?

Worse action ever from PM. Took away our legacy rewarding system and forced us to accept the new point rewarding system; gave us 240 GB of bonus data with a pending condition THAT was not revealed in the accompanying text, except for the 150 days expiration. Adding the condition to the FAQ that a downgrade to a lower plan would automatically remove the the bonus data is absolutely dishonoring- a thief. Honestly, I feel cheated by PM.

did you change your plan? if you change your plan to a cheaper one, you will loss that bonus data, it stated on the FAQ of it.
but you can still submit a ticket and ask agent to see if they can give you the bonus data that is given for that cheaper plan

If you Downgraded your plan Bonus data is removed.
Otherwise use clean browser, incognito mode, etc. and computer to check your account.
