My phone seems to be confused after having a number ported. Phone "info" lists old number. Public Mobile account lists ported number. Both seem to be attached to outgoing messages.

Thanks for the replies. I think it was an issue with my order of operations. The "network" was using the correctly ported number, but the sim card was sending the old along with messages.
I bought a new sim, added it to my account which was using the correct number and all is good.
Appreciate the help.

Are both numbers in one account with your old carrier. Port the secondary number first then the primary number last.
You will need to contact a CS_Agent if you done the reverse.

Did you respond "yes" to your original carrier port confirmation text?
What services are you getting with your PM SIM card? Are you able to receive texts? receive phone call on your old number? What about data? outgoing texts/calls?
Might be a stuck port issue
