I previously subscribed to the “60GB of data for use within Canada, US & Mexico at 5G speed” plan, which included a 50% discount valid for 2 years at $40.00. I chose to have the SIM card mailed and successfully completed the payment of $33.60.
Today, when I received the SIM card and was about to activate it, I found that the discount was no longer applied.
The details of the 2-year 50% discount are no longer showing. They were previously visible on the activation page the whole time. Now it only shows $40.
If I activate the SIM card now, will I be charged $40 per month?

Hello @NolanXD
Don't worry. If you purchased the plan at 50% off and ordered the SIM card, it's still valid. It could be just a blip. I'd register the SIM and get the account started. Once everything is up and running, you can go into your account and confirm it's 50% off. If there is a problem, reach out to a CS Agent.
