@CS_Agent , @Alan_K , on Friday there's a number of reports of new activations where the top up date is in 1969. These accounts appear to universally have usage issues. Rather than have individual customers log tickets, please consider doing a triage of activations on Friday with this bug and fixing whatever needs fixing in these accounts. This proactive measure might be more efficient.
