1800 dialing issue

Great Neighbour / Super Voisin

I suddenly cannot dial any 1800, 1866, toll free numbers and I am unsure if I am to receive any calls from them. I was able to before. It just states “8 U M 1 your call cannot be completed as dial, please check  number or contact your customer service provider”. Please advise and help fix. Thank you.

@Yummy whether "agent will make it work" or resolve the issue as a whole are two different things

I assure you agent will be able to fix each individual case when a ticket is submitted.  

PM is aware of the issue that impacting some customers, especially those recently traveled.  They will get this fully resolved.

@Elle77-le  kindly submit ticket and agent will be able to resolve the isssue:

1. Open ticket via Chatbot (need access to My Account): At https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
    Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", then "Other", then "Log In", finally click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗
    (if unable to receive 2FA via SMS, click "Didn't Receive code" or "Resend Code",
     then choose "
Send email" or "Send Voice Message" to get 2FA via email or voicemail)
2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at: 
       https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after ticket submitted, CS Agent will reply to you there

Some customers do have issue calling toll free numbers.

You can open a ticket but I doubt agent will make it work...
