Cannot complete 1 800 calls

Hi,

Not able to complete dialing to 1 800 numbers. Both account holders have same issue. Please help. I cannot call my bank. Urgent! Please help now.

I read a member support page, and directed me here.

many have that problem and need PM to refresh the account

 submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:       
            https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html 
             Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".  
             (If unable to receive 2FA SMS, click "Didn't Receive Code" or "Resend Code" and Select "Send Email")
