Yes, in 3G, 4G/LTE with unlimited texting and incoming callings. To reduce the 100 minutes of outgoing usage...just text your friends and family to call you ahead. 😉

And $15 plan unofficially also includes unlimited minutes to tollfree numbers (ie area codes 800, 833, 844, 855, 866, 877, 888)
