$15 plan no longer showing unlimited incoming minutes

PurpleKeyboard

I am on the old $15 plan which used to say unlimited incoming minutes. I went through the forums and understand that people grandfathered in should still see the unlimited incoming in their self service, but mine has changed to 100 Canada wide minutes. I am getting a warning that I am running out of minutes, but shouldn't be. I thought it was supposed to be grandfathered?

@PurpleKeyboard  I have this plan and it still shows as 100 outgoing minutes. There is no reference to the allotment for imcomimg minutes. I would just ignore it.

@PurpleKeyboard , I recall the legacy $15 plan with 100 outgoing minutes was labeled as $15 plan with 100 minutes.  The incoming calls were not metered and therefore not included in the plan description.  Nothing has changed with that plan and if you stay on it, none of the features will change.

@PurpleKeyboard you should be grandfathered with unlimited Canada wide minutes but if you are getting a warning I would contact a CS agent to see if there is something on their end that is needed to be done.
