Hi
I am a new PM customer and signed up for a $40 30GB 5G plan yesterday but I did not receive 15 days of 5G free. I was billed right away. Can someone help?

@Susan-AW Support should reply to you with in the hour so keep an eye on your community in box for their response. Top of page you should see envelope icon if on computer , but if on mobile tap your avatar and select messages Freon the drop down menu or you can use this direct link to the community in box

I believe you were supposed to select the 15GB plan first and that would automatically enroll you in the $40 plan should you have decided to stay on.

@Susan-AW think you should have signed up in the $0 10GB 15 day free trial . But Your gonna have to submit ticket with support to help fix that
