When I signed up the deal was on website, I specifically went to buy sim card same day and sign up before midnight that day to be safe, and I believe it was still there as I was signing up, I copied the text directly from the website to paste it in the promo spot when I was signing up. Now I get told 7 days later that the day I signed up the offer didn't exist by cs_agent. Checking with other people how this could be possible.

@davidjkay no need to worry about the porting time, it is the activation time that counts. You seem to activate in time before they took it down the website anyway, so don't give up. Ask them to escalate with senior support. Keep in mind , junior support just answer by the "book" and try to close the ticket quick. So , push for escalation

Got text from chatr at 11:56pm to approve transfer of my phone number, and message from public mobile about half an hour later

I activated on Dec 5 and 12gbfor12months was on plans page that day, I specifically copied and pasted the text from that page

@davidjkay , I suggest not worrying too much about that expired promo. Right now you have the option of getting $40/15GB, $45/20GB or $35/20GB increasing to $55 after 15 months. These more than make up for the 12GB bonus.
