Hi all, I switched both my phone and my wifes at the same time to public from bell. My phone worked great after 30 minutes but my wife's phone after 5 hours still isn't working, I have to use my phone to write this as her phone won't connect at all. Any suggestions? I've reset multiple times, replied to the message from previous service provider to confirm switch.

I did use separate emails and followed the same steps for both, I will get ahold of a C's agent. Thanks for the help

Just wondering if you ported wife's number under one account because 1 you can't have 2 accounts under 1 email address....only 1 account/1 email address.
If it is under 2 separate email address. Try rebooting her phone by powering off then back on.
If that fails then you need a CS_Agent to help you complete her porting by DM them at:
