My account is locked
It tells me to wait one hour
I've waited weeks and it's still says the same thing every time I try and sign in.
I need to pay my bill. I'm gonna lose my number.
@CS_Agent Doesn't help at all, And keeps me from getting into my account.
I provided them everything and they won't unlock it.
How do I contact somebody phone call to get this resolved
This has been months that I can't sign in because it says to wait an hour.
I'll wait weeks in between and it's still says to wait an hour when I try again.
This is ridiculous.
Why can't no one help me.
How can I phone an agent
All the ones with this chat are stupid and won't fix it.

@JTurner If you're using the website try using the Public Mobile app instead. I don't have any problem logging in.

I was just able to log into my account with no problem. So try this to see if it works.
Once again, sorry to say, wait just over an hour. Then go to your browser settings, clear your cache, cookies and history. Restart your browser. Go into Incognito mode and try to log in again. This SHOULD solve the problem.
