Text Not working

HI all, 

Any suggestions as to what I can do while I wait hopelessly for help from a Moderator... 

I have been having trouble sending and receiving texts for almost three days now... 

I havs tried re booting the phone....

So both of your accounts are still active and everything except texting is working.

These are regular sms texts not mms?

Did you recently purchase a US roaming add on? 

Have you tried putting the sim into a different phone?

Not new. 

My wife's text is also not working now 😞

Not sure if this will help, but you can try:

-taking out the SIM and re-inserting

-manually selecting Public Mobile as your Network operator
