Hello everybody,
I lost my SIM card during my trip to Europe. I was just wondering what should I do in this case. Should I just buy a new SIM card or does PM offers SIM card replacement.

If you had a active sim card before you will have a selfserve account...remembering is a different story😀
i had active sim card but i never useselfserve account. i have email which was usd for account but selfserve never activet

You need to access selfserve to change the sim number yourself..if you cannot access it then you will have to send a private message to a moderator fo assistance

PM does not supply free SIM card replacement for lost SIMs. You would need to order another SIM for $5 (free express delivery) here: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on
When you get the SIM, go into your self-serve account to switch it here:

@ShadowWarrior, if it was just the SIM and in Europe there is no worrying of someone finding it and using it. So you can just purchase a new sim card and when it arrives login to self serve and go to change sim and just enter your new SIM card number. Now if you have lost your phone as well there is an option to suspend your service within self serve as well.
