Bell #1 with Customer Complaints with CCTS & Wind is # 2

Year after year Bell gets the most CCTS complains and this year Wind is right up there with Bell. Congratulations to Telus which had the least complains. Even though Telus had the least complains but there complains were one really bad ones. So it's not all good news for Telus.

@Public Mobile if we keep seeing the types of complains here in the PM forums, you are likely going to be up there in number one or two next year so really hope you get this mess sorted out.

As much as I hate Bell, I must admit it was both unbelievable and highly entertaining that they managed to top Rogers for complaints, hehehe.

Rogers is either getting better or........  yeah, it must be the 2nd option!

I must agree. But there's still plenty of gestures PM Can do to ger things right
