Though the new ticketing system obviously isn't a magic bullet to fix PM's support wait times, it's good to see that PM is at least making some effort to change and improve customer service. Let's hope it's a work in progress.

Nice work everyone, especially those who got 10% or better. I posted what I thought was a lot last month and still can't seem to do better than 25%. So those who are getting 10,5 or 1% must be posting a ton of valuable info. So nice job.
