We wanted to give you an update that Activations, My Account Access and Ticket submissions will be unavailable during the following maintenance window:
September 15 | 00:01 AM ET - 10:00 AM ET (9:00 PM PST September 14th to 7:00 AM PST September 15th)
During this time you will be unable to log into:
Once splash pages are down, you will be able to complete your activation or log into your account.

I am in the exact same boat. I will do so after 10 am est Sept 15.
You can also do it now, a day ahead. But you will short a day if processing occurs immediately. But it will ensure you have some hours of tech support if it doesn't. I have had it not process using rewards and it took days to solve because of the near useless chat response times.

I need to purchase a US package …leaving tomorrow Sept 15 and crossing the border by Noon , how do I do this now ??
