Scheduled Maintenance On Jan 11: Platform Updates

Hello Community, 

We wanted to give you a heads up that the following portals will not be available during the following maintenance window. 

Maintenance window: January 11 | 12:05 AM EST to 6:00 AM EST 

During this time My Account, Community, App and Website will not be accessible. 

Community 
Community will still be available to view only.

Activations 
If you try to activate your SIM Card or eSIM, all website pages will be splashed preventing activation during the maintenance window. 

Chatbot
During this window you will be unable to submit a ticket through our virtual assistant. 

Please return after the maintenance window to complete activation, login to manage account or support. Thank you.

its not even the 11th yet and serivces are already down?

@Helpmenow101   They usually respond fairly quickly but apparently it's taking a bit longer at the moment.  Are you looking in the right place for a reply, at the envelope icon top right or tap your avatar to the right of the bell icon  and check Messages.

@Helpmenow101  They usually really with in the hour sometimes longer but 

   After submitting ticket keep an eye on your community inbox for their reply , or you can use this link to the community in box

@Helpmenow101   You had several threads yesterday and were advised how to contact customer service by private message (not the same as the chatbot/ticket system which often doesn't work).  If you think you need a new sim card can you get to a Telus/Koodo corporate store and buy one, which would be the quickest route?  Have you tried sending a private message to customer support as advised?   You need to do that in order to contact customer service.

Hopefully fixing the chatbot too since it's often not working in any case and causing customers a lot of frustration when they are trying to get support.

@J_PM thanks for the update . Much appreciated and hoping this scheduled maintenance will address the payment issues customers are having updating credit card info
