Hey Community,
As you may have noticed already - we have made some exciting new changes to www.publicmobile.ca ! Our goal was to make our website more accessible in order to meet accessibility standards (WCAG 2.0 AA). However, it also allowed us the ability to refresh our overall design.
Our colours, fonts, and overall look and feel are cleaner, more straightforward, and 100% more accessible. Do note that some pages are still a work in progress as we work through all the various pieces in migrating all our platforms. After all, we’re less for less, so these things take time!
In the meantime, we hope you enjoy the new site.

Any news on the bug when using Internet Explorer 11 that causes the Simon bot window to constantly load even after being closed? It loads after clicking on any Community link or message making the site pretty much unsuable in that web browser.

Really like the new website layout. Very simple to navigate, easy to understand, and straight to the point. Definitely a great job, and I do believe less is more. Other carriers tend to bombard you with too much information and too much to read and go through just to get basic information. Public Mobile is staying tru to their brand image with this simplistic yet very functional and efficient website design and layout. Great job to the design team and I.T. for putting this together.
Do I hear an APP in the near future?

Nothing happens when I click to change province...always defaults ON
Nevermind think it is just an IE caching issue works fine in Firefox.

@ute1978 that's....odd. They only updated publicmobile.ca, not the community. Could you please check your browser's zoom setting and maybe try resetting it to 100%?

When I go to the community page, the PM logo takes up my whole screen of my laptop. Only when I scroll down, I get to the topics. Is this supposed to be this way?

Thanks for keeping us updated.
The bolder font makes the site easier to read. Also, the "promotions" page makes it clearer what deals are going on.
