As a longtime Public subscriber all I can say is that telus has stripped Public's mission statement of providing excellent value at a reasonable price while rewarding long term loyalty. So sad. Adieu Public (aka telus)  
I'm on the old reward system with an autopay, loyalty discount, and refer-a-friend discounts. If I change plans do I get to maintain this reward structure?
