Yup, we tried both of those. CS helped us, and it's all working now.... Apparently when the plan change went through it didn't load properly. So they reset something on their end, and now it's working on our end.
That's great, except I updated both my sister and my mom to one of these new plans, which kicked in yesterday. They now only have outgoing calls, incoming calls get an error message, claiming they're not set up to receive calls, etc. And now my sis...
