Hi, I have been with public mobile for 3 years now. When I went to make a payment for next month I noticed my loyalty rewards not present. Now last month I was late one day with my payment. As a result, did I loose my rewards? Thanks

It's all good. As it was pointed out public mobile moved the rewards from the account overview to it's own page that confused me.

Going forward I do now have autopay enabled on my account for now anyway.

Yes, this cause me some confusion they moved the rewards from the account overview to it's own section. In the end I did get my loyalty rewards that I expected.

Ok, I have checked the usage log in the self serve page. The text message does appear there. It then followed step 3 from that Telus page. It cleared the cache and then the missing msg appeared. In the log it has a timestamp 5:45, in the app it shows...
